The auth gate is public so teams can find the companion app. The actual workspace stays private: conversations, account access, invites, and message actions require a valid Google session and an owner-approved invite.

What is ZaloDesk Companion?

ZaloDesk Companion is the secure mobile app for ZaloDesk workspaces. It gives invited staff access to assigned Zalo conversations from a browser or phone.

Is the app public?

The landing and sign-in page is public. Workspace data, invite details, conversations, and message actions are private and require Google sign-in.

Does it replace the desktop app?

No. The owner desktop app remains the relay server and owns the Zalo session. The companion app sends authorized requests to that desktop.

Can employees see every Zalo account?

No. Employee access is scoped by the owner invite, including account and conversation limits where configured.
